A Family Business That Happens to Own Trucks.
Justin and Miranda Ruuth started Just-In-Time Moving in St. George in 2012. Fourteen years later it is still the two of them answering for every job.

Why we started
“My name is Justin Ruuth, and together with my amazing wife, Miranda, we founded Just In Time Moving over 14 years ago. What started as a way to support our growing family has grown into a mission to help others and build meaningful connections throughout Southern Utah.”
“For us, every move is more than just transporting belongings — it is about connecting with new people, hearing their stories, and welcoming them into our extended family.”
That is not a brand statement someone wrote for us. It is the actual reason the business exists, and it is why we are still a family operation rather than a franchise with a call centre.

Three things, and we mean them literally
Family values
Six children raised in St. George. We treat a customer’s house the way we would want ours treated, which mostly means slowing down at the doorway.
Reliability you can trust
Arriving when we said, with the crew size we quoted. If a date is genuinely tight we tell you before you book rather than after.
Community-centered service
We live here. The people we move are neighbours, and a bad job in a town this size is not something you can move on from.
Being straight about it
What we will not claim
Plenty of moving companies advertise a flawless record. Ours is not flawless. There is a review out there about a job where we did not show up when we said we would and did not communicate well about it, and it is a fair criticism.
What we can point to is the rest: more than 266 five-star reviews at a 4.9 average, and an independent ranking that puts us in the top few per cent of Utah movers. We would rather show you both numbers than pretend the first one does not exist.
We also do not publish a DOT or licence number on this site yet. We are licensed and insured and our crews are background-checked — but a licence number printed slightly wrong is worse than no number at all, so we send the current ones with your written estimate instead.

Four businesses, one set of crews
Over the years the moving company grew into three more, because customers kept asking for the things around a move rather than the move itself.
Just-In Time Warehousing receives, stores and delivers furniture — for the gap when closing dates do not line up, and for designers and builders who need somewhere better than a garage. Just-In Time Consignment sells the furniture that will not suit the next house, rather than it going to the tip. And Justin also works as a REALTOR® in the St. George market, which is how a lot of moves start.
You do not have to use any of it. But when a move turns into four separate problems, it helps that one phone call reaches all of them.
