- New build to new build means two moveable dates. If either completion slips you need somewhere for a household to be. Storage in transit is worth pricing at the outset rather than arranging in a panic.
- Short notice happens on this route. Relocation timelines driven by a job start date are often tighter than a retirement move. Ask early — we will not promise a slot the dispatcher has not confirmed.
- Newer houses hold more than they look like they do. A four-bedroom Lehi build with a full three-car garage is a bigger load than the bedroom count suggests. The garage is what people underestimate.
