Ask the management three specific things

Where a large truck can go, and for how long. Not where you park. A moving truck is long and tall, and planned developments often have narrower streets, rear lanes, and parking structures with height restrictions that catch people out constantly.

If your unit is served by a rear lane, ask specifically whether a truck can turn in it, because some cannot and reversing the length of a lane is not a solution.

Whether moves need booking, and what hours are permitted. Many communities restrict move hours and enforce them. An evening move that is not allowed is discovered at the worst possible time.

Photograph your unit on arrival including any existing marks, and keep those where you will still have them at the end of the tenancy.

Standard furniture disassembly and reassembly is included, which matters in a townhome as much as an apartment, since anything that went up two flights flat-packed is unlikely to come down assembled.

One last thing worth checking in a newer community: whether the mailbox is a shared cluster unit and where it actually is. It is not a moving issue and it is the single most common thing new residents cannot find in their first week, along with which bin day applies to their lane.
