Older buildings downtown often have no dedicated loading area, so a truck sits on the street and the carry is longer than in a modern complex with a lot.
In winter that route needs clearing and salting before the crew arrives, and it may not be the building's responsibility to have done it. Check rather than assume, and check again on the morning, because overnight refreeze is what catches people.
Before you book
Ask whether moves need to be booked, whether hours are restricted, and whether the building or its management wants a certificate of insurance, which we can provide.
