What we handle

What has to happen before we arrive

Three things, and they are yours rather than ours.

Fully drained and blown out. Not just the shell through the drain valve. The plumbing, jets, pump housings, heater and filter compartment all retain water, and a spa moved on its side redistributes it. Open the pump unions and use a wet-dry vacuum on blow through every jet.

Electrically disconnected by an electrician, and the old circuit made safe. A spa typically runs on a dedicated two hundred and forty volt supply with ground fault protection and a disconnect, and that is not a moving company's work. Do it the day before rather than the morning of.

Cover, lifter, steps and headrests removed and set aside to travel separately.
