Establish what belongs to whom

Do not plan to move on the day the lease starts if the internet is not in yet.

The move itself

Mostly technology. Keep each person's monitors, dock and cables with their own desk rather than pooling them, and bag cables per desk. Photograph the back of anything before unplugging it.

Sketch the destination layout, label by destination, and nominate one person present who can decide things.

Ask the new landlord about a certificate of insurance, which we can provide, and arrange after-hours access if you are moving outside working hours.
