What you can do to make it straightforward

Be genuinely ready. On any move, and particularly one where the schedule has less slack in it, a crew that arrives to a half-packed house loses time that cannot be recovered later in the day.

Be accurate about access when you are quoted. Stairs, parking, the carry from the truck, anything unusually heavy. A crew sized correctly finishes sooner than one sized optimistically.

Be reachable, and be there for the walkthrough at the start.

The estimate is free, comes in writing and follows questions about stairs, parking, access and heavy items. Standard furniture disassembly and reassembly is included in a residential move. The crew brings moving pads, stretch wrap, floor runners and dollies.
