How a multi-stop run works
Give us the list: what each item is, where it is, and roughly when each seller is available. We plan a route that collects them in one run and delivers to your address.
The thing that makes or breaks it is seller availability. A run works when the collection windows overlap sensibly and falls apart when one seller is only free at a time that does not fit. Sort the windows out before you book rather than after.
Two practical points people miss.
Confirm each seller the day before. A crew arriving at a locked door is time you are paying for, and with private sellers that happens more than with businesses.
Ask about access at their end, not just yours. Buyers think about their own stairs and forget the seller's. A sofa coming out of a third-floor apartment is a third-floor job wherever it is going, and it changes what the run needs.
Warehouse and clearance collections
Clearance and outlet purchases are usually collection only, and usually that means no help loading either. Check whether they will load it for you, because if not, a crew turning up to lift it themselves is a different job from one collecting something already on a dock.
Check the collection deadline too. Clearance items often have to be gone within a few days or the sale lapses.
Measure before you buy
The saddest version of this call is a sofa that does not fit through a door. Measure the narrowest point of the route into your place before you commit, not after.
If a piece was assembled inside a room at the seller's end, it may not come out whole. Ask them. It is a reasonable question and the answer changes the job.
